● Prices and availability are not guaranteed until booking is secured and payment in part or in whole has been made.
● A complete credit card authorization form is required for all bookings. Extra information may be needed if traveling in 21 days or less from booking. This form will be sent directly to you by your travel advisor and not on the website.
● Your travel advisor will provide specific details regarding deadlines, failure to comply within the specific timeframe may result in canceled booking, unavailability or increase in price.
● Your travel advisor is not a direct employee of any airline, hotel, or excursion company.
● Please follow all instructions provided in your detailed itinerary when your booking is complete.
● Final Itineraries are sent via email. Your travel advisor will endeavor to follow up with a phone call to answer any questions regarding your travel document. Always review your final itinerary upon receipt, and, inform your travel advisor of any errors or changes promptly.
