These are the General Rules:

1. We will do our best to respect the wishes of our clients even when they are not in accord with our professional opinion. We will do our best to advise our clients, but they have the last words. Our customers are always right.2. We cannot guarantee proposal prices and availability. Final prices and availability are determined by the supplier at booking. 3. Clients are responsible to review and approve all items on the proposal prior to complete booking. When alternate options are provided, clients should indicate to TA their order of preference.4. Clients are responsible to review all information on the proposal including their demographic data. Clients are encouraged to review all communications and address any discrepancies prior to proceeding to booking.5. Prior to booking, a legible copy of the passport page or other forms of ID with accurate info and spelling is needed. Failure to provide such document prior to booking will exempt the company and advisor of any ticketing errors associated with the omission. Certain suppliers also request emergency contact info.6. A credit card authorization form along with listed documents is required for each supplier on an itinerary. Extra information may be needed if traveling in 21 days or less from booking. This form will be sent directly to you by your travel advisor and not on the website.7. Clients may need to provide additional documentation and information to travel suppliers such as airlines or cruises prior to boarding. Although a ticket can be booked without certain info, if clients don’t provide necessary document on time, they are responsible to provide it directly to the supplier so a ticket can be issued. This includes but not limited to passport and emergency contact. 8. To complete booking: clients are to reach out to TA to provide payment information and complete the credit card authorization form with a copy of picture ID.9. Your travel advisor will provide specific details regarding deadlines, failure to comply within the specific timeframe may result in canceled booking, unavailability or increase in price.10. We have no control of the changes made by the suppliers such as time, availability and price changes. The final price will be what the supplier charges at the time of booking regardless of the proposal price. All changes will be communicated to clients.11. The airlines make the final decisions regarding flights, so your flight itinerary may change after booking by the airline. These changes include departure time changes or in rare instances cancellation.12. The company does not reimburse fees imposed by suppliers.13. Airport transfers: These reservations are made based on the arrival time provided at time of booking. The final pick-up will be set by the operator and will be communicated to clients prior to departure. They may be different from what is listed on the proposal and itinerary.14. Clients will incur research fees if they choose to make booking on their own.16. Clients work with TA to create an itinerary and complete their booking. All itineraries will be reviewed and discussed prior to bookings. As such, clients will have an opportunity to approve, disapprove or make changes to the itinerary prior to booking. If the client decides to book on their own, then an itinerary builder fee will be applied. Changes made after booking may also incur a fee. Please note that we don’t provide support for bookings we did not make.17. Once client approve for us to start booking by providing us with their credit card information, they consent to bookings as they are on the final itinerary (not prices), any changes after booking may result in additional fees by the suppliers and/or the agency.18. Multi-Destination packages (outside of cruises) will incur a multi-destination fee to compensate for the additional time it requires to plan. This fee is non-refundable.19. Any booking that requires more than 4 hours to complete is subject to additional fees. That include multiple changes and updates.20. Fees are assessed per booking.21. If clients want to book an item listed or not listed on the itinerary, please discuss with TA.22. Any booking of airfare alone requires a minimum $100 booking fee, payable prior to research.23. Your travel advisor is not a direct employee of any airline, hotel, or excursion company.24. Travel insurance can be purchased with each supplier at booking or with an insurance company after booking. We use Tin-leg as our insurance supplier. Please wait for booking to complete, when the final trip price is determined. Clients will have the opportunity to review and select the insurance option that is best for them. Please specify your preference prior to booking.25. Upon booking clients will receive a final itinerary along with a personalized portal that includes their travel information. Once clients log into the portal, they can access their itinerary, and upload any documents.26. Final Itineraries are sent via email. Your travel advisor will endeavor to follow up with a phone call to answer any questions regarding your travel document. Always review your final itinerary upon receipt, and, inform your travel advisor of any errors or changes promptly.27. Communication: proper communication must include specific details. Specially for urgent matters, when emailing, texting or leaving a voicemail be specific and include specific actionable details. Without specifics, it is incomplete communication and exempt the agency from any responsibility.28. We will always provide support to our customers before, during and after their travels only for things that we booked.29. While we handle your bookings and your itinerary, clients are responsible to obtain the proper visas, documents and other requirements needed for their destinations. We will endeavor to provide you with some information about your destinations, however, we don’t provide immigration services.30. Failure to abide by the company rules may result in booking cancellation and/or termination of the relationship.
